thebandstore.in is run by Rushabh Shroff, 204, Shankheshwar CHS, 126 V.P Road. We're responsible for the personal information described here.

• Order details: your name, email, mobile number, delivery address, PIN code and what you bought.
• Unfinished checkouts: if you leave checkout before paying, Razorpay may send us your name, email, mobile number and what was in your cart.
• Payment details: your payment status, method and amount. Card and bank details are entered with Razorpay, and we don't receive or store them.
• Delivery details: your tracking number and shipment status.
• Messages: anything you send us when you contact us.
• Technical details: information like your IP address, which our hosting providers may process to run and protect the website.

• To see which checkouts weren't finished, and why
• To reply to you and handle returns or refunds
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Razorpay, to process payments
• Delhivery, to deliver your order
• Resend, to email your order updates and verification codes
• Cloudflare and our other hosting providers, to run the website and store order data
• Government or legal authorities, when the law requires it

We save your cart in your browser so it's still there when you come back. It stays on your device, and clearing your browser data removes it. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

We keep order information for as long as we need it to fulfil your order, handle returns, and meet tax and legal requirements. We delete unfinished checkout details after 30 days.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw your consent, subject to what the law requires us to keep. This includes your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
