thebandstore.in is run by Rushabh Shroff, 204, Shankheshwar CHS, 126 V.P Road. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We sell replacement bands and straps. We describe them and show them as accurately as we can, but colours and textures can look slightly different on your screen.

Please check that a band fits your device before ordering. Each product page says which device it's made for. thebandstore.in is an independent store and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Google or Fitbit. Their names are used only to describe compatibility.

Prices are in Indian Rupees. The price you pay is the amount shown at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Razorpay, our payment provider.

We can change prices at any time, but this won't affect orders you've already paid for.

You'll see an order number once your payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is unavailable, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if we can't deliver to your address.

To cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as you can at support@thebandstore.in. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

We deliver within India only, to PIN codes our courier partner serves. Shipping is free. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by things outside our control. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct, as we may not be able to change them after your order ships.

We accept returns only for products that arrive damaged. See our Return Policy for details.

Everything on this website, including its text, images and design, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don't copy it without our permission, or use the website in a way that harms it or other people.

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't responsible for indirect losses. This doesn't limit any rights you have under Indian consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Mumbai, India.
